Do you know Lisa Leake? If you don’t know her by name, I bet you know her site 100 Days of Real Food. It’s down right awesome. In 2010, Lisa, her husband Jason, and their two sweet daughters took a pledge to go for 100 days without processed food. That’s right, they quit cold turkey. You may think that sounds easy, but I happily dare anyone to give it a try.

As Lisa’s family’s eating habits changed, she began creating an abundance of delicious wholesome recipes. When she was in California a few weeks ago, Lisa dropped by my kitchen for a few hugs and to whip up a batch of her delectable Whole Pumpkin Spelt Muffins with me.
