October is here! I love this time of year. There’s so much beautiful fall produce at the farmers market it makes my eyes light up! Here’s this week’s meal plan for our family. Let me know what you think!
Smoothies for breakfast, of course! This week we’ve got Green Breakfast Smoothie, Tropical Smoothie, Bright Green Smoothie and Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie. Then for weekend brunch we’re making these delicious Whole Wheat Cinnamon Banana Pancakes!
Sunday: Roast Chicken with Caramelized Lemons, Cherry Tomatoes and Olives with Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes and Air Fryer Okra for Sunday supper.
Thursday: Turkey Burger with Fries from One Potato Box. Easy peasy!
Friday: Pizza with Greek Salad from One Potato Box for pizza Friday!
Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
