Another week, another meal plan! The kids are in full swing school mode which has been fun. Here’s what I’m making this week!
Smoothies for breakfast, always and forever! This week we’re making
Sunshine Smoothie, Green Breakfast Smoothie, Blueberry Chia Smoothie and Double Chocolate Smoothie Bowls. For weekend brunch we’re having Smiley Face Protein Pancakes.
Snacks keep everyone happy! This week I’m making
Protein Balls, Paper Bag Popcorn, Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bites and Pea Pops — they sound weird but kids LOVE them!
Making school lunch doesn’t have to be such a chore. This week we’re making
Rainbow Roll Up Sandwiches, Grilled Pizza Roll Ups, Grilled Cheese Avocado Sandwich and Mexican Muffins.
Sunday: The farmers market is full of incredible mushrooms so I’ll be making this Wild Mushroom Pasta with a big farmers market Salad.
Monday: Spaghetti with Tomatoes & Basil, Baked Zucchini Fries from One Potato Box for meatless Monday! Doesn’t get easier than this!
Tuesday: Chicken Tagine with Black Currant Couscous & Tomato Harissa Jam from One Potato Box. This recipe has so much flavor!
Wednesday: Asian Sautéed Shrimp with these Sesame Udon Noodles. This meal comes together super quickly and is so delicious.
Thursday: Chicken Chimichangas Beans, Guacamole, and Salsa from One Potato Box. This is one of our all time favorite One Potato recipes!
Friday: We’re building these Nacho Scoopers for a fun Friday night meal. For dessert we’re spooning ice cream into these delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups.
Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
