In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring a small amount of water to a high simmer (just below a boil). Place the chocolate chips in a mason jar, and place the jar in the water. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and then remove from the water.
Place the graham crackers in a ziploc bag and crush into a fine crumb, then transfer the crumbs to a mason jar.
Skewer one marshmallow onto a lollipop stick, dip it in the melted chocolate, then roll it in the graham cracker crumbs.
