Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.*
* any milk of your choice can be substituted for the orange juice.
** Optional additions: 1 serving of protein powder (I prefer vanilla flavored) or collagen peptides, hemp seeds, bee pollen or chia seeds.
