English Muffin Pizza

Ingredients  

  • 4 english muffins, split in half
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F or you can use a toaster oven
  • Place the english muffin halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, spread 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce on each english muffin half.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese on each english muffin half.
  • Place back in the oven and bake for 3 more minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Note: Add other toppings to the pizzas at the same time as the cheese if desired.
