Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Heat the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add the shrimp and salt and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 more minute, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  • Sprinkle the shrimp with the lemon juice and parsley, and toss to coat well.
  • Serve alongside vegetables or over pasta.
