Equipment

  • letter shaped cookie cutter

Ingredients  

  • 3 tablespoon whipped cream cheese
  • dye free food coloring
  • 2 pieces sandwich bread

Instructions 

  • Place whipped cream cheese and desired amount of food coloring in a bowl and stir to achieve desired color. 
  • Spread one slice of the bread with the whipped cream cheese mixture.
  • Use favorite letter cookie cutter to punch out shape on second piece of bread and place on top of the whipped cream cheese mixture. 
  • * Alternatively you can use sun butter, nut butter, hummus or other favorite sandwich spread.
