Ingredients

red potatoes, cut into chunks

olive oil
▢

garlic cloves, minced
▢

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F degrees.
Place all the ingredients on a baking sheet and toss throughly to coat.
Roast potatoes for 45 minutes or until fork tender and crisped.
