Gluten Free Double Chocolate Black Bean Brownies
These chocolatey brownies are so delicious you'd never know they're gluten free and have a full can of black beans making them super moist and a healthy alternative to normal brownies!

(another option, but not necessary! A regular 8x8 baking dish is perfect)
Ingredients

gluten free rolled oats
(5 minute oats)

(15 ounce) can
black beans,
drained and rinsed
▢

large
eggs
▢
1/4
cup
cocoa powder
▢
1/2
cup
honey
▢
1/4
cup
coconut oil
▢

teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
▢
kosher salt
▢
1
cup
chocolate chips,
divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the oats in a food processor and pulse for 1 minute or until finely ground.
Place remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips in the food processor and pulse until combined, about 1 minute.
Pour 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips into the batter and pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan and top with the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool brownies and cut into 2 inch squares.
