Gluten Free Double Chocolate Black Bean Brownies

These chocolatey brownies are so delicious you'd never know they're gluten free and have a full can of black beans making them super moist and a healthy alternative to normal brownies!

Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • 8x8 baking dish
  • "All Edges" Brownie Pan (another option, but not necessary! A regular 8x8 baking dish is perfect)

Ingredients  

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place the oats in a food processor and pulse for 1 minute or until finely ground.
  • Place remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips in the food processor and pulse until combined, about 1 minute.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips into the batter and pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan and top with the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool brownies and cut into 2 inch squares.
