Quinoa, washed and drained

water

fresh or frozen Corn, cooked

avocado, chopped
▢

cherry tomatoes

lime juice

olive oil

cilantro, chopped

cumin
▢
kosher salt to taste
Instructions
Bring the water and quinoa to a boil in a saucepan.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover for 15 minutes.
Place the quinoa in a bowl and cool.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Serve.
