Roast Baby Carrots

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 Lb Baby Carrots (you could also large peeled carrots cut into stick shapes)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • sea or kosher salt, to taste
  • Olive or Vegetable spray

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix the carrots with the maple syrup, oil and salt.
  • Lightly coat a cookie sheet with spray.
  • Place the carrots on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until tender and golden.
