Ingredients  

  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Cup Shitake Mushrooms, julienned
  • 1 Cup seitan, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp braggs or low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
