Tropical Smoothie

Transport yourself to vacation mode with this Tropical Smoothie recipe. It's super simple to whip up and will make you feel like you're on a deserted island!

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango, chopped
  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

Instructions 

  • Place the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  • optional super boosts: hemp or chia seeds, reishi, collagen peptides and/or vanilla protein powder.
