Cilantr "O"s

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup of O shaped pasta
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or more if needed
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk cottage cheese

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until tender in boiling water according to package
  • directions.
  • Drain pasta and let cool.
  • Place cilantro and olive oil in a food processor and puree until
  • smooth.
  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl to combine.
  • Serve.
