  • 1 tablespoon soft (silken) tofu
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal cereal (you could also use other infants cereals such as rice, barley or multigrain)
  • 1 tablespoon hot water (use more if too thick)
