Ingredients

Ears
of Corn, husked and cleaned or 2 Cups of Frozen Corn Kernels, defrosted

16 Oz. Can Black Beans, rinsed
▢

Red
Bell Pepper, small dice
▢

Tbsp
cilantro
▢

Tbsp
olive oil
▢

Tbsp
lime juice
▢

honey
▢

kosher salt
Instructions
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil and add the corn.
Cover and steam for 5 minutes, remove and let cool.
Cut the corn off the cob and place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Stir to combine throughly.
Serve.
