Sweet Broiled Salmon

Ingredients  

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teasppons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice or cider vinegar
  • 4 salmon filets, skin removed
  • toasted sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Heat the oven to broil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ginger, and vinegar.
  • Place the salmon filets in a ziplock bag and pour in the sauce. Marinade for 15 minutes.
  • Place the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 7-9 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and serve.
