Cream Cheese & Tomato Sammie

Ingredients  

  • 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese, divided
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato, cut into 6 slices
  • 4 Slices whole wheat bread

Instructions 

  • Toast your whole wheat bread slices.
  • Layer one slice of the toasted bread with half of the cream cheese and top with 3 slices of tomatoes.
  • Cover with another slice of bread and make the second sammie.
  • Slice each sammie in half and serve.
