Blackberry Agua Fresca

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 Cups Blackberries, rinsed (or Frozen Blackberries, defrosted)
  • 4 Cups water
  • 2 Tbsp agave
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Pour the blackberries, water and agave in a blender and puree.
  • Pour the blackberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  • Stir in the lemon juice.
  • Refrigerate until cold.
  • Serve.
