Cut bagels in half.
Spread 1 teaspoon of pesto on one half and top with 1 tbsp of cheese.
Top with remaining bagel half and put in a panini press for 1 minute or if you don’t have a panini press, place in a dry skillet and press down with a spatula until it forms a ‘panini’ and is heated through.
Serve.
