Kiwi Cups

Ingredients  

  • 1 kiwi

Instructions 

  • Cut both stem ends off the kiwi to create a “base” so the cups will stand.
  • Cut kiwi in half.
  • Using a knife (preferably a paring or grapefruit knife), cut around right between the skin and flesh of the kiwi to make it easier to spoon out.
  • Serve.
