Instructions
Cut both stem ends off the kiwi to create a “base” so the cups will stand.
Cut kiwi in half.
Using a knife (preferably a paring or grapefruit knife), cut around right between the skin and flesh of the kiwi to make it easier to spoon out.
Serve.
