Couscous Pilaf

Ingredients  

  • 3/4 Cup Chicken Stock (you can also use vegetable stock)
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Cup couscous
  • 1/3 Cup raisins
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced Almond

Instructions 

  • Place stock, water and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
  • Add the couscous and raisins, cover and turn off the heat.
  • Allow the couscous to sit, covered for 5 minutes.
  • Add the almonds and fluff the couscous with a fork.
  • Serve.
