Corn Salsa

Ingredients  

  • 1 16 oz Bag Frozen Corn, defrosted (or 2 cups fresh corn, cooked)
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and combine.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or as a side dish.
