Italian Green Vegetable Puree

Ingredients  

  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup tomato or marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions 

  • Place the zucchini and broccoli florets in a steamer pot over boiling water, steam for 5 minutes and allow to cool.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  • Serve.
