We are well into the new year, trying to stick to our resolutions while getting back into the swing of school and extracurricular activities. Eating healthier is always high on our list, but sometimes that can feel difficult when we’re rushing out the door to school, dance, horseback riding lessons, or art class.

Comments

  1. I don’t add sweetener to my smoothies. Just what is in the fruit. Artificial sweeteners in particular are notoriously bad for you. When they are new no one really knows but eventually they all end up being bad for your health.

  2. I don’t use additional sweetener of any kind in smoothies, flavored yogurts already have sugar, Kids love ’em! Cherry & vanilla combo yum!!

  3. I’ve read that Stevia is healthier as it doesn’t have added chemicals or is processed like Truvia. ♥
