Looking forward to trying this! One question, I always heard that the husk on flax seeds is so tough that it cannot be broken down during digestion so the only way to get the nutrients from it is grind it. But ground flax does not keep long once it is ground. I usually keep the whole seeds in the freezer and grind a small portion at a time, like a week worth, and keep that in the freezer also. Thoughts?
