BREAKFAST:

Smoothies are always on the breakfast menu. This week we’re making Carrot Orange Ginger SmoothiePregnancy SmoothieGreen Breakfast Smoothie and Mango Spiced Smoothie. For weekend brunch we’re making Gingerbread Pancakes!

SNACKS:

Going to make a batch of these Holiday Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Bars and No-Bake Reindeer Bites which are both super cute and festive. Also making Banana Wheat Germ Muffins, Nut Free Granola and Protein Balls.

LUNCH:

Asian Chicken Soup to warm up from the inside out! We’re also making Vegetarian SandwichChicken Parmesan Meatloaf Bites and Breakfast Quesadilla.

DINNER:

Sunday: We’re making this delicious Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin with Cast Iron Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate and GarlicHerb Garlic Roast Potatoes for an incredible Sunday supper.

Monday: Classic Mac and Cheese with Apple, Pear and Goat Cheese Fall Salad for a cozy meatless Monday meal.

Tuesday: Fresh Herb Pasta with Garlic Lemon Sauce topped with Lemon Herb Chicken for the meateaters. I’ll air fry some vegetables to make it a complete meal.
