Happy first week of fall! This time of year is so exciting. I always love when new produce starts showing up for whatever season is arriving so there are lots of fall inspired recipes in this week’s meal plan! What are you looking forward to making most? 

BREAKFAST:

Of course, starting our days off with smoothies per usual. This week we’re making Blueberry Chia SmoothieCrazy Healthy SmoothieChocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie, and Super Green Tropical Smoothie. Then we’ve got Pumpkin Waffles ready to go for the weekend!

SNACKS:

So pumped to make these Flourless Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins again! We’ve also got Frozen Bananas on a StickCarrot Snack Sticks and Green Treats on the plan.

LUNCH:

For lunch we’ve got Turkey Pickle Roll Ups (you can use ham too!), Mexican Egg & Cheese QuesadillaCucumber Stackers, and Grilled Pizza Roll Ups

DINNER:

Sunday: Chicken Mozzarella Pasta with a big farmers market salad. This recipe is one of the easiest ones you’ll ever make!

Monday: Vegetarian Chimichangas topped with Guacamole, Salsa and Sour Cream. These are so yummy. I can’t wait to make them!

Tuesday: We get this Vegan Gado Gado Bowl from One Potato Box almost every week. We LOVE this meal.

Wednesday: Moo Shu Chicken with Chinese Crepes, Homemade Hoisin and Crispy Wontons from One Potato Box.

Thursday: Turkey Burgers with all the toppings and Fries from One Potato Box. I love that they send me everything I need for this meal so I don’t have to think about it!

Friday: Pizza Quesadillas for pizza Friday! Plus we’ll have a big salad from the farmers market produce this week and Apple Pie Turnovers for dessert!
