Can’t believe we’re wrapping up August! I’m sure lots of you are in the swing of being back at school. Here’s what recipes we’re making this week! What are you looking forward to cooking this week? 

BREAKFAST:

For our smoothies this week we’re making Chocolate Peanut Butter SmoothieVanilla Avocado Greens SmoothieTropical Lassi and Mango Spiced Smoothie. For weekend brunch we’re making Crepes!

SNACKS:

Snacks this week are these super cute Apple Donuts along with Chocolate Oat MuffinsHummus Pinwheels and Air Fryer Crispy Chickpeas.

LUNCH:

For lunch this week we’re making Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps, Vegetarian Sandwich on a StickEgg Salad and Spaghetti and Meatball Muffins.

DINNER:

Sunday: Super simple Lemon Herb Chicken for Sunday supper on top of a bed of Lemon Spaghetti with Toasted Walnuts. We’re also make a side of Air Fryer Veggies too!

Monday: For meatless Monday we’re making Shiitake Veggie Stir Fry with some Sweet Gingery Tofu for some added protein.

Tuesday:  Chicken Tikka Masala with Crispy Garlic Haricot Vert from One Potato Box. It’s crazy how quickly this meal comes together and is super yummy!

Wednesday: Steamed Wild Striped Bass with Early Spring Asparagus from One Potato Box. One Potato sources some of the BEST fish. We love this meal so much.

Thursday: Pealafel with Couscous, Hummus, and Greek Salad from One Potato Box. The whole family loves this meal but especially my vegetarians.

Friday: Pizza Friday! This Sheet Pan Pizza with No-Yeast Crust is super easy to whip up! We’re having that with a decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake for a fun weekend dessert.
