Has anyone started back at school yet? We still have a few more weeks until the kids go back, but I’m already starting to gear up! Here’s our meal plan for this week. Let me know what you think!

BREAKFAST:

Smoothies start our day off on the right foot. This week we’re making Green Breakfast SmoothieCotton Candy Smoothie and Blueberry Chia Smoothie. For weekend brunch we’ve got Raspberry Pancakes lined up!

SNACKS:

This week for snacks we are making Chocolate Oat Muffins, Cucumber Stackers, Banana Sushi, Hummus Pinwheels and Peach Fruit Leather. All super easy and super tasty this week.

LUNCH:

It’s not back to school for us just yet, but we’re still making super cute Monogram Sandwiches. Plus Cheesy Turkey Meatballs, Noodle Pancakes, Stir Fried Ramen and Quick Gazpacho!

DINNER:

Sunday:  Air Fryer Steak with Carrot, Broccoli and Cheese Orzo on the side. Two super easy recipes for a great Sunday supper.

Monday: Japanese Vegetable Curry over some rice. This vegetarian meal is east to make and full of flavor.

Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas with Spanish Rice and Black Beans. This recipe is the perfect DIY meal. Everyone can build their fajita how they want it.

Wednesday: Shroom Burgers with Air Fryer French Fries and Dairy Free Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream for a Friday dessert treat.

Thursday: No Work Chicken with Brown Rice Cakes and Air Fryer Veggies. By the end of the week I want something that requires very little effort to get dinner on the table for everyone.

Friday: Pizza Friday with Pizza Balls and a side salad with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette. We love this recipe so much and is a great one to get kids involved in the kitchen.
