Air Fryer Roast Chicken
- 1 whole 3-4 pound chicken
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- Rub the outside of the chicken with oil and salt, and stuff with the lemon halves.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.
- Allow chicken to rest 10 minutes before carving.
