When it hits 70 degrees or below in LA which is as close as it gets to chilly, It’s time to get cooking. We bundle up in cozy sweaters, fuzzy socks, lit a big fire, play games and are as happy as clams. It’s also the perfect opportunity to dig in the refrigerator for any and everything I could find to make big bowls of soup. In the winter there’s nothing that makes me happier than soup or stew on a cold day. Ok, there’s one thing and that’s not having to cook at all when it’s cold outside to just want to hide under the covers and play hooky with my hubby and kids. If that’s your jam you’ll want to make sure you have these 9 Soups to Make and Freeze on hand so you can do the same.
